It’s hard to believe another Imagine Commerce Conference has come and gone. The Logicbroker team had a wonderful time catching up with partners and clients and meeting new friends. We were especially excited to hand out our premium Logicbroker t-shirts as part of our #MacOrCash giveaway.
The team decided to divide and conquer and fly out in shifts. The first wave flew out to Vegas bright and early Saturday morning to participate in the Hackathon. Our developers worked with DEG to develop admin tutorials which were videos that showed how to use an extension. These step-by-step videos would be available upon logging into Magento. The rest of the team flew in on Sunday and Monday, just in time for the conference to start. Our arrival at the Wynn was a whirlwind. We went from check-in to registration to the marketplace and finally to our rooms to freshen up before the Marketplace Grand Opening Reception.
As soon as the Marketplace opened, we received a steady flow of visitors. It was great to catchup with old friends and meet new ones. Once the reception ended, we headed over to the Sunset Terrace for the Opening Night Networking Event. As always, Magento picked a great location and provided amazing entertainment. The fun didn’t stop there though, as we stopped by the Nucleus launch party. Congratulations to the Nucleus Commerce team on a successful launch, and a big thank you to the sponsors for putting together a wonderful event! The night concluded with a pit stop at club XS to see Diplo, and yes, the gear t-shirts went everywhere we did.
Day 2 of Imagine was filled with more networking, MageTalk stickers, and of course, the Legendary Magento Event. The final day of Imagine started was anything but slow for the Logicbroker team. We kicked off the day with our awesome pitch in Pitch Fest.
We spent the rest of the day handing out our remaining t-shirts and meeting with partners and prospects. Our Bean Team also handed out Starbucks gift cards to attendees spotted around the Wynn wearing their Logicbroker t-shirt. At 1PM, an impressive crowd gathered around our booth for the #MacOrCash drawing. Our winner was Victor C., and he chose the new MacBook as his prize. Congratulations Victor!
After the Marketplace closed, some of the team attended the Partner Summit while the rest of us headed over to the pool for some much needed relaxation before taking the red-eye home to Connecticut.
