Logicbroker has released dropship360 version 2.1.1 today. Here is everything you need to know about the latest and greatest version.
Better Self-Service Functionality
We’ve streamlined our navigation menu (found in Magento Admin) and updated page names for clarity. In addition, we have included a new Getting Started page which will help all of you self-starters get up and running quickly!
When getting setup, users have the ability to automatically link all existing catalog products to a new drop ship vendor. This makes the process of assigning products to vendors quick and painless. There have also been improvements made to the supplier linking and inventory update processes with increased frequency configuration options, added levels of data validation and more robust error reporting, and better visibility and downloadable reporting of update results.
Our support options, including a customer service ticketing system and Knowledge Base have been expanded on. With new articles and revisions on existing ones, we invite users to visit our Knowledge Base, help.logicbroker.com, before submitting a ticket.
Reporting
With dropship360 2.1.1, we have introduced a new Activity Monitor and a customizable reporting screen. The Activity Monitor has configurable reporting metrics, a visual indicator, and an email notification option. Within the Logicbroker portal is the ability to create new reports and charts and customize the look and feel.
Order Efficiency
As a result of the new release, users have a more efficient method of retrieving and sourcing drop ship items on orders from Magento stores. Beyond efficiency in transmitting orders, there is an increased visibility to where each item is in the drop ship fulfillment process, how long it has been open and more detailed order history auditing. When merchants have access to order metrics they can ensure items will be delivered in the appropriate time frame.
If an item a customer orders happens to be backordered, you now have the option to manually change the drop ship item status and the ability to reprocess items. This will help expedite fulfillment for a backordered item.
